Smoked Plum Ale

Brewed thinking of English Special Bitter as a base but dreaming of smoked malt and waking with the accouterments of Belgian culture. It was decided to add several pounds of sweet-tart English Plums, coriander, and dust it with touches of Ginger. This has become an unlikely marriage of diversity, harmony and never-ending love.
